COVID-19 SALON RESPONSE

FOR THE SAFETY OF CLIENTS AND STAFF, WE ASK YOU TO FOLLOW THE BELOW GUIDELINES

• BABTAC, The British Beauty Council and National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) have been working with the Government to support the reopening of the beauty sector. 
   
   

• One person per appointment (NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN WITHOUT EXCEPTION)

• We will still be sanitising and cleaning the salon to the highest standard every day & after every treatment 

• There will be limited numbers of staff available each day so not to overcrowd the salon

• Do not be worried if we are wearing full face visors, this is far safer for everyone than perspex screens

• We will require all customers to wear a mask at all times, even if exempt due to close contact. If you do not bring your own we can provide a disposable one, Please be aware you will have £1 added to your treatment cost.

• We will ask you to wash your hands thoroughly before you have your treatment

• If you feel ill please cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse treatment even if you've been vaccinated.

• The salon WILL NOT be open for walk in appointments. Please call before visiting the salon.

• We require longer for appointments to clean down our desks and equipment in-between clients so please do not arrive early for your appointment as reception will only be open for payments to be taken.

• Once your treatment is complete and you're finished in reception, we kindly ask you to leave the salon as soon as possible.

 

Keeping you Safe

We understand your concerns, so we have outdone ourselves in preparing our business for you! The safety of our staff and our customers is essential to us, so we have:

• Cleaned and/or disinfected all surfaces and implements using appropriate methods such as using an autoclave steriliser for metal tools.

• Laundered and/or disinfected all capes, towels and linens

• Removed any non-essential items throughout our business

• Initiated contactless methods of scheduling and payment

• Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary or requested

• Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact

• Re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices
